Like any design process, there was a set procedure that was undertaken in regards to the packaging of the Coralis fruit bowl. In week 2 Cristina began to look at packaging books and sites online. She had not really decided what kind of design the fruit bowl was to packaged in so she began by doing initial sketches.
Choosing to continue with a design that moved away from the normal box, Cristina followed on with the octagon shaped box (as seen above) and chose to further develop it through paper prototypes, done all throughout week 3 and 4.
